1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the felbet online gaming website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all associated services accessible under the felbet brand.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the felbet Platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Wallet" or "felbet Wallet" means the internal digital balance account associated with your felbet Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), through which deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are managed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or any other non-real-money credits allocated to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using a payment method (GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, etc.), distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to felbet's obligations and procedures under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the felbet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of local customs or individual circumstances. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. felbet verifies age through the KYC process, and accounts where the account holder is found to be under 21 will be immediately closed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The felbet Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. felbet makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a felbet Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, and a strong password. You must also complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, or PRC ID) and a selfie as directed by the verification system.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one felbet Account. The creation of multiple accounts by one person – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. felbet uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method tracking to detect duplicate accounts. Confirmed duplicate accounts may be suspended, and balances within them may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.5 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, mobile number, or email address must be reported to felbet support. felbet is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your felbet Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. felbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your felbet Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact felbet support immediately via live chat or email. felbet will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account. felbet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Verification

felbet reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation at any time, including during the withdrawal process, as part of ongoing AML and KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of account functionality until compliance is achieved.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. felbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts following written notice. The Real Money Balance in an inactive account will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your felbet Wallet may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, or PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. felbet is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your felbet Wallet require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Reviews

felbet reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days for the purpose of security verification, AML checks, or pending bonus wagering requirement completion. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason therefor. felbet will not delay a withdrawal solely to create inconvenience for the Player.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the felbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Players are responsible for any fees applied by their own payment service providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by felbet are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed at the point of offer or in your account dashboard. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement – for example, live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Players should review contribution rates before using Bonus Funds on specific game types.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and Bonus Funds on which the wagering requirement has not been satisfied by the stated expiry date will be automatically forfeited from the account. felbet is not obligated to extend bonus expiry periods.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

felbet actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; using a betting pattern designed to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine gaming entertainment; employing software or scripts to automate bonus-related wagering; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotion structures. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All slot games and RNG-based table games on the felbet Platform use certified random number generators supplied by licensed game providers. Live dealer games are operated by certified studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, whose games are independently audited. felbet does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, felbet reserves the right to void the affected game round or rounds and refund the wagers placed during the affected period. felbet will not honour payouts resulting from a clearly erroneous game outcome caused by a technical fault.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to individual games and are displayed within the game interface. felbet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with reasonable notice. VIP table access and higher bet limits may require additional account verification or a minimum deposit threshold.

6.4 Disconnections

If your internet connection is lost during an active game round, the game session will typically resume from its last valid state upon reconnection. In games where the disconnection occurs mid-round and the round cannot be recovered, the wager placed for that round will be treated in accordance with the individual game provider's rules. felbet is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the felbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or ineligible under any applicable law;
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating an account to circumvent a restriction;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using payment instruments that do not belong to you or that are associated with fraud or unauthorized transactions;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit bonus structures;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including at live dealer tables;
• Exploiting any software bug, game error, or Platform vulnerability – players who discover such issues are required to report them to support immediately;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Platform staff, dealers, or other players via live chat or any other communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account, circumvent security measures, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Gaming as Entertainment

felbet provides online gaming as a form of entertainment. The Platform is not and should not be treated as a source of income or a method of solving financial problems. Every game on the felbet Platform has a house edge – no betting system or strategy guarantees long-term profit. Play responsibly, set a budget before each session, and never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

felbet provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Apply immediately; increases require a mandatory waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activating immediately with no early cancellation.
• Self-Exclusion: Longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform, activating immediately and applying across all game categories.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who apply for self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the selected period. During the exclusion period, marketing communications from felbet will cease. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms. If you have self-excluded and wish to re-engage with the Platform after the exclusion period, you must contact felbet support to have the restriction reviewed and lifted.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the felbet Platform, including but not limited to the felbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of felbet or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of felbet. Any unauthorized use of felbet intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

felbet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While felbet makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, system updates, or due to events beyond felbet's reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, third-party infrastructure failures, or telecommunications outages.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, felbet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money you have deposited into your felbet Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. felbet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Player Acknowledgment

By using the felbet Platform, you acknowledge that: (i) gambling involves risk of financial loss; (ii) past results do not predict future outcomes; (iii) no betting strategy eliminates the house edge over the long run; and (iv) the Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by felbet is governed by the felbet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed at any time via the Privacy Policy page.

felbet collects personal data to fulfill KYC obligations under applicable law, process financial transactions, provide customer support, and improve the Platform experience. felbet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by applicable Philippine regulatory and legal obligations.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your felbet Account at any time by contacting felbet support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Wallet will be refunded to your most recently used withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding AML review. Unclaimed Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

12.2 Termination by felbet

felbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicion; abusive conduct; regulatory direction; or where felbet is required to do so by applicable law. Upon termination for cause, felbet may withhold balances pending investigation.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 – shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

felbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, felbet will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the felbet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes to these Terms were made. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms governing your use of felbet.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the felbet Platform, we encourage you to contact felbet support in the first instance. felbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you believe that felbet has failed to comply with applicable gaming regulations in the Philippines, you may raise a formal complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. felbet cooperates fully with all regulatory inquiries and investigations.
